Australian citizens and permanent residents celebrating a significant birthday or wedding anniversary can receive personal congratulations from the Prime Minister, the Governor-General and His Majesty The King. My office will also coordinate congratulatory messages from your State Member of Parliament and myself as your Federal Member.
Who Qualifies for a Congratulatory Message?
When Should I Arrange the Message?
You can make arrangements for messages up to three months before the wedding
anniversary or birthday. A belated message can also be requested up to six months after the wedding anniversary or birthday has passed.
Messages can be posted a maximum of one month prior to the wedding anniversary or birthday.
Where Will the Message be Delivered?
Anniversary messages can be delivered directly to the recipient or to a care-of address for surprises

To request a congratulatory message please complete the Anniversary Message Form and share this via email to [email protected] You will also need to provide supporting documentation (such as marriage certificate or birth certificate) in your email.
